Oh yes, our beloved Queen Pelosi has just proposed a  ‘Noose Sensitivity Law’, also known as “Bubba’s Rope Sensivility Law”.  

‘If  a tough guy who faces possible crashes or death in every one of his races can be so SCARED by a rope that had caused his loss of mental faculty to judge, we should all be very concerned,” as the Queen stated.

The law limits the tying of any ropes made of any materials to only TWO, and any special applications that may require more than two knots,  the shapes shall not resemble or be suggestive of  a noose.  The first time offender will be subject to a $1,000 fine, and 1 year in prison for repeated offenders.
